Mô tả công việc
The job-holder will perform tasks relating to General Accountant as follows:
- Examine the accounting settlements on accounting software
- Cost distribution accounting: assets depreciation, salary, compulsory insurance, personal income tax, accrued expenses, VAT, prepaid expenses ......
- Implement the cost accounting entries, record the business results.
- Make monthly, quarterly and yearly tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, etc.) in accordance with the Company's regulations and the laws.
- Organize the archival of accounting documents for preservation
- Manage detailed revenue by lines, itemized cost
- Prepare management reports as required, short-term financial plan
- Carry out other incurred tasks assigned by Managers and Board of Management
- Controling revenue, cost and business result of department. Prepare accounting and management report of department to Manager.
- Other jobs as assigned by management.

*** Job Requirement
- Gender: Female
- Knowledge:
+ Graduated from Academy of Finance, National Economics University
+ Good at financial, accounting and tax regulations
+ Good understanding at the international standardized accounting system
+ Good at communication English and major skills
- Experiences:
+ At least 05 years experience in accounting
+ Experience in working for foreign companies, accounting system in accordance with international standards is an advantage
- Skills:
+ Ability to handle and organize work
+ Proficiency in office computer; Proficiency in Excel skills (especially Excel functions and formulas)
+ Be proactive, agile, honest, progressive in work
*** Other notes:
- Working time: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday (08:30 to 18:00)
- Working environment: Young and dynamic.
