Mô tả công việc
- Issue VAT invoices
- Work closely with CS & Sales team to follow up outstanding account receivable (AR) balances on a timely basis
- Prepare VAT input & output report and submit to Accountant Manager (AM) for review
- Prepare payment requests and submit for Accountant Manager and Branch Manager’s approval
- Convert PO to AP for airlines/ shipping line
- Apply monthly accounting activities including reconciliations of bank accounts, prepare balance sheet and reviewing financial reports/ support as necessary
- Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation, analysis and etc…
- Support the Head Quarter accounting team and local accounting manager on accounting/ finance/ audit/ tax matters, including but not limited to preparation and review the accounting entries according to Vietnam Accounting Standard, timely filling for CIT, withholding tax and etc…
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HQ/ Immediate superior.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from Economics, Accounting, Finance
- Have 2-3 years working experience is preferable, working for foreign company is priority
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Can communicate and work by English
- Ability to work independently, creative, active, be ready and can work well under high pressure
- Good health condition
