* JOB DESCRIPTION:
The job-holder will perform tasks relating to General Accountant as follows:
- Check, process & post all journal entries into accounting software to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- In charge of receivable and payable balances
- Issue invoices to customers
- Update and report expense make monthly payment plan.
- Prepare payment orders (bank and petty cash)
- Prepare statistic reports (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Support month end process and reconciliations within deadlines and instructions.
- Maintain adequate and current documentation of the systems of internal control.
- Other tasks assigned by managers

* Experience/Education/Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Fresh graduate is welcomed
- Good analytical and numeracy skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Be able to work independently as well as good teamwork spirit
- Willing to work after office hour due to the job nature of operation in case it needs
- Pro-active, careful, meticulous, hardworking.
