Mô tả công việc
1. ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE (mainly task)
1.1 Issue VAT invoices and collect money from customers by cash and chasing accounts receivable outstanding;
1.2 Prepare monthly statement of activity and issue for customers, oversea customers, agents, Branches;
1.3 Apply accounts receivable details in Accounting System and control accounts receivable outstanding;
1.4 Preparation of accounts receivable related reports and analysis;
2. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
2.1 Collect and perform carefully checking for Payment voucher received. Ensure all payment be made on time
2.2 Record accounts payable transaction to Accounting System.
3. PERIODIC REPORT
3.1 Reconcile and submit Bank, Cash report weekly, monthly
3.2 Prepare and submit monthly VAT reports
3.3 Ad-hoc reporting as required by Management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduated from Accounting, Finance
- At least 1 - 2 years of working experience is preferable, working for foreign company is priority
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good Excel skills
*Benefit:
