Mô tả công việc
Check, process & post journal entries into ERP to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Review/ control of expenses
Prepare monthly accounting reports
Prepare and track weekly/monthly AR/AP accounts Ensure verified purchase invoices are accurately recorded into ERP.
Prepare and running monthly prepaid/accrual transaction
Cooperate with other Departments (Sales, Procurement…) for monthly book closing schedule by deadline.
Receive, input data tracking material & check fully and legally of invoices, PO(s) /contracts, Customs documents
Prepare monthly inventory report, record the number of actual inventory and gap. Coordinate with warehouse to cycle count inventory monthly and find the reason when there was a difference.
Reconcile the warehouse data which has been flowed to accounting general ledger.
Maintain and update fixed assets registers.
Run depreciation every month.
Prepare schedules for assets disposal and additions.
Perform fixed assets cycle count.

Bachelor of Finance and Accounting with more than 3 year experience in accounting, preferred in FDI manufacturing companies.
Strong bookkeeping skills;
Patience, carefulness and high attention to detail.
Ability to work as a part of a team and independently.
Understand the importance of confidentiality;
Honest, highly motivated, proactive, able to handle multi-tasks
Ability to work under pressure and complete the work on time.
Good communication skill and enthusiastic person
Ability to communicate in English.
Computer skill: Word, Excel.
CV applications in English is required.
Salary and benefit
It will be based on the ability of the candidate and the general salary framework set by the company.
Propationary period: 2 months with full social benefits in accordance with the company and the law of Vietnam
Professional environment
Time to work: from Mon to Sat (2 Sat off/month)
Shuttle bus according to company policy
