Accountant Staff

- Responsible for all financial, accounting and taxation functions working with outsourcing accounting firm.
- Monthly synthesize and send invoices, vouchers to the accounting service company.
- Managing day-to-day accounting activities keeping track of expenses in accordance with the organization’s accounting policies and procedures
- Prepare all required periodic internal reports
- Assist in the monthly closing process
- Managing cash flow and make forecast monthly.
- Create Payroll calculating PIT and insurance
- Monthly synthesize and send invoices, vouchers to the accounting service company.
- Coordinate with accounting service companies to make and send tax reports, tax returns periodically and accurately, carry out tax finalization with tax authorities.
- Working with tax authorities and auditing companies.
- Update and disseminate relevant legal documents, proposing policies, establishing and improving relevant procedures.
- Advise financial plan and strategy.

- Minimum 2 years of work experience. 5+ years preferred
- Fluent English (or Korean) in oral and written communication skill is must.
- A Bachelor’s degree in accountant and/or financing
- Knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standard
- Legal and taxation knowledge
- Need to have good attitude to cooperate with the team and other function
- Open mind to understand Korean Account Standard
- Trustworthy, honest, careful, and ethical
- Good usage of MS office, Excel
- Having experience on M&A and investment is a great plus.
