Mô tả công việc
1. Accounts payable
• Review, verify and match invoices into system
• Prepare invoices up for payment
• Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions
• Prepare analysis of accounts
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
• Responsible for maintaining and keeping contracts and leases up-to-date
2. Inventory management
• Check production orders: the completeness; movements from materials usage, reprocess, intermediate to finished goods
• Check all stock movements for all locations
• Monthly stock count and prepare stock count difference posting
3. Fixed assets management
• Settle AUC and assets to correct Asset categories
• Fixed asset capitalization – physical check & labeling
• Physical count of fixed assets
• Run depreciation, disposals or impairments
4. Produce monthly reports (Sales, Statistics, Purchase price variance analysis, Fixed assets, Inventory movements, ...)
5. Assist with month end closing
6. Provide supporting documentation for audits

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
1-3 years experience in accounting
Proficiency in MS Office
Have knowledge of SAP
Attention to detail and accuracy
Readiness to explore new things
Good communication skills both in Vietnamese and English
