Mô tả công việc
- Xuất hóa đơn đỏ / Issue VAT invoice
- Làm các tài liệu liên quan đến nghiệp vụ kế toán/ Making the document relating with accounting
- Làm báo cáo kế toán theo ngày, tháng, quý Making the accounting daily, monthly, quaterly reporting / AR&AP report, Cashbook and Cash forecasting, Accounting analysis
- Chịu trách nhiệm làm hồ sơ hoàn thuế GTGT, làm việc trực tiếp với cơ quan thuế, báo cáo thuế hàng tháng hoặc hàng quý/ Responsible for making VAT refund documents, working directly with tax authorities and government company, monthly or quarterly tax reports
- Làm báo cáo phục vụ kiểm toán 6 tháng và hàng năm ( nếu có)/ Making reports for 6month and annual audits (if necessary)
- Làm thanh toán / (Making payment and collection)
- Các yêu cầu từ ban giám đốc / Any requirement by Director
- Làm các tài liệu liên quan đến nghiệp vụ kế toán/ Making the document relating with accounting

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Trung thực, cẩn thận, chăm chỉ, ham học hỏi / Honest, careful, hardworking, eager to learn
- Hiểu rõ chuẩn mực kế toán, luật thuế hiện hành / Understanding current accounting standards and tax laws
- Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm/ At least 4 experience year
- Giao tiếp thành thạo bằng tiếng Anh / Fluent in English
- Thành thạo excel, tin học văn phòng / Fluent in excel , computer skills.

- Tham gia bảo hiểm xã hội theo quy định của Luật / Participate in social insurance in accordance with the Law.
- Làm việc từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 / Working time : From Mon to Fri. 0800 ~ 1800
- Đánh giá tăng lương hàng năm/ Annual salary increase assessment.
- Mức lương hấp dẫn có thể thỏa thuận trong quá trình phỏng vấn tùy kinh nghiệm/ Attractive salaries can be negotiated during an interview based on experience (9mil ~ 15mil)
- Làm việc tại Hà nội / Working at SongDa building, Ha noi
- Hiểu rõ chuẩn mực kế toán, luật thuế hiện hành / Understanding current accounting standards and tax laws
