Accountant Prosition

For production ducument: accountant receives the document from production including production orders, outsourcing orders…, verify documents, check the accuracy of numbers and records according to regulations, account the arising transactions including creating article number for new materials, setting bill of materials, output materials for production in input semi-finished products and finished products when production completed.
For purchasing documents including materials, goods, fixed assets, tools and equipments…, verify document; fully, accurately and promptly account the arising transactions; tracking the payables to the supplies, making payment plan, report to the Chief accountant and making payments to the suppliers when payments are approved.
Tracking and recording the working days, working hours of the production department to server the accounting and managing purpose;
Records other arising transactions related to accounting jobs;
Supports other departments the jobs related to accounting jobs;
Do other jobs of the accounting department, as assigned by the Chief accountant. Accounting jobs can be assigned, transferred or changed in the accounting department to achieve the best results;
Gather, print, store, preserve accounting documents, keep accounting date confidential.

-University degree with related field
-At least 2 years experience in accountant position in production company or being general accountant position is prioritized
-Good in English
-Good in accounting software especially Misa software
-Ability of coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency
-Able to work independently
-Local person is prioritized
Work location:
-Pho Noi A Industrial Zone, Hung Yen

-Working 5 days per week (from Monday to Friday)
-100% salary in probation time,
