Department: Finance department
Direct superior: GM Finance/Chief Accountant
Job Interaction - Relationship: Internal relationship - Work directly with related department
Job Purpose:
Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
Job Description:
Main Duties
- Prepare payment vouchers, getting approval and input into system
- Checking invoice buying and travelling expense
- Follow up payable accounts
- Assist in preparing monthly VAT in reports
- Periodically Report: Weekly/Monthly Report - Unscheduled at the request of superiors
- Other tasks assigned by Superiors

- Qualifications: College
- Foreign Language: Basic English
- Level of computer: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Knowledge / Profession related: Working experience in finance is an advantage
- Skills required: Good administrative, organizational and process skills
- Working requirements: Can work well under high pressure and have good communication skills
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- No of year-experience: Min 3-year working experience
- Personality:Smart, honest, confidential, careful, hard-working, team-working
- Foreign Language: Basic English
- Level of computer: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Knowledge / Profession related: Working experience in finance is an advantage
- Skills required: Good administrative, organizational and process skills
- Working requirements: Can work well under high pressure and have good communication skills
