Mô tả công việc
1. JOB PURPOSE
- Control accounts payables, provide analyis of the payable balances and plancash outflows.
2. JOB DIMENSIONS
- Responsibility: Handle account payables, cash planning and reporting
- Authorization: Full responsible in works assigned but limited in final approval.
3. PRICIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Report to the Manager/Assistant Manager and work together with other members in the Department, the Company Management and other Departments in the Company on matters specifically related to his/her roles.
- Monitor all payable balances, excluding taxes.
- Process payment application on areas to be assigned by Manager/Assistant Manager the from time to time
- Prepare invoice posting data on the assigned areas and input the data into SAP
- Provide payable analysis, including balance sheet payable movements, forecast and budget (plan) payable balances as instructed by the Manager/Assistant Manager from time to time
- Assume other assignments as required from time to time.
