Mô tả công việc
• Processing, verifying invoices in system
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments (daily/weekly)
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
• Maintain vendor files
• Reconcile bank statements
• Reconcile Accounts Payable transactions
• Ensure correct and timely bookings for expenses
• Assist with month end and year end closing
• Provide local compulsory report (input VAT report/withholding tax)
• Other ad hoc projects or matters

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education and Experience:
At least Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional certification
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting experience is an advantage
Skill requirements:
Knowledge of accounting and local tax legislation
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to meet deadlines
Good analytical skills and willing to learn
Team player
Proficiency in written and verbal English communication
PC knowledge in MS Office applications
SAP knowledge is a plus point
