Accountant Officer

*Your Key Roles:
Reporting to Accounting Manager you will be responsible for:
• Working with Indonesia team to understand the operation, collect, analyze and summarize account information for monthly closing report
• Check and perform payment of Indonesia via bank system
• Do bank reconciliation at month-end
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Ensure correct data between trade system and accounting system
• Update accounts receivable, payable and perform reconciliations
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Compute CIT taxes with support from Tax manager, checking other taxes (VAT, PIT, WHT) with
consulting team in Indonesia
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately
available when needed
• Matching financial data from current accounting system to SAP system
• Assist with other accounting projects

• Fluent in oral & written English.
• Good at computer skills.
• Good communication / interpersonal skill.
• Careful and attentive to details, accuracy.
• Ability to work under high pressure and timelines.
• Teamwork
• Experience in IFRS and SAP is an advantage
