JOB SCOPE:
The Accountant is responsible for sale accounting works are proper and accurate and kept in strict compliance to the ACOM standard and cash management as cashier in HCM and provide timely financial report.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales accountant:
i) Post Sales invoice which is created from Traffic staffs. Make sure that all sales invoices be booked is matched with contract, bill of lading, inventory delivery note.
ii) Inform exchange rate to be applied for each contract to customer
iii) Checking bank account for receiving of Sales in order to inform to related department for deliver coffee or tracking payment
iv) Issue local invoice to customer
v) Reconcile interco Sales/Purchases with related party at month end timely as per Group calendar.
2. Cashier: In charge of petty cash in HCM City
3. Responsible for bank accounts : daily posting all payments and receipts; reconcile Navision with bank statement daily and monthly, including of checking M-account
4. In charge of all interco accounts reconciliation, including send a debit /credit note to related party.
5. Key in coffee, cocoa purchase invoice into Navision
6. Check Payment application of sea freight and related expenses, ensure that the expense is not double and reasonable.
7. Willing to support colleagues when he/she off.
8. Perform any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Accounting & Finance Manager and/or Management
9. Ad Hoc projects assignment as needed

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education : University in Accounting
Experience : 1-2 years in accounting
Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills
Other skills : Good communication in English; team work;
Computers : Proficiency in MS software (Words/Excel and PowerPoint)
