Job Responsibilities:
• Issuing invoices (both official & internal forms)
• Being responsible to update AR/AP with PIC, keying all AR/AP transactions of the company into the accounting program.
• Scanning & saving documents into the company server following project code.
• Checking / filing and recording all sales contracts and updating PIC on the lacking documents following VN regulation as well as the company P&P
• Daily handling cash on hand and keying all the cash transactions into the accounting program.

Job Requirements:
• Preferably with Female candidates.
• At least 01 year experience in related job.
• Degree in accountant/finance or equivalent.
• Good written and communication in English.
• Hard working and willing to do multi-tasks of Finance dept. & and meet timelines.
• Knowledge with Microsoft Office applications.
