Accountant

1. Checking and entering AP, AR and Payment data in Accounting System.
2. Preparing Payment Instruction, AP, AR and Payment Vouchers. Petty cash control.
3. Follow up and update the new contracts of purchasing activities and the new sale contracts.
4. Follow up trade creditor, trade debtor and work with banks.
5. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Quantity: 03 (01 permanent & 02 temporary – 8 months contract)

- Graduated from University or College major in Financial or Accounting
- Minimum 02 years working experience in Accounting
- Having experience in AR or AP Accounting
- Good in English (writing and reading skills)
- Good in Word and Excel
- Data input control skills
- Documentation control skills
- Detail and carefulness.

Working condition:
- Working place: At Terminal in Phu My of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province.
- Shuttle bus will be provided from Bien Hoa to the Terminal and from Vung Tau City to the Terminal.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday.
