Thông Tin Tuyển Dụng
Mô tả công việc
* Cash management
+ Cash receipt/paymnet
+ Bank credit/debit note
+ Weekly/monthly cash balance report
* Account payable
+ Receive payment request and check the documents/invoices.
+ Receive, check and file purchasing contracts, import documents.
+ Follow up with debt aging: remind purchase if payment is not made or advance payment is not settled.
+ Check balance and do month-end reconciliation for payable balance.
+ FX Revaluate for payable
* Account Receivable
+ Book sale invoices, book VAT invoices for domestic transaction (disposal waste, gift for employees..)...
+ Receive, check ands file sale contracts, export documents
+ Monitor receivable and debt age, monitor and book COGS for equipments/tools.
* Inventory
+ Approve delivery note of stock keeper, tools delivery note of stock keeper
+ Run cost of inventory end of month.
* Asset management
+ Monitor tools delivery notes/ set up tools amortization.
+ Register new fixed assets, create FA label
+ Run amortization and depreciation end of month
+ Reconciliation accounting books with asset management details before and after run depreciation
+ File Fixed Assets dossiers
+ Physical inventory for fixed assets end of the year
* Payroll and benefit
+ Accure salary & benefit
+ Check payroll on: Salary, Overtime, Social Insurance, healthcare insurance, unemployement insurance, Other benefit & allowance, PIT deduction.
* Monthly report/ Quarterly Reports/ Annual Reports.
* Others general task will be decided by Financial Manager

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Candidates with Bachelor degree in Accounting of National Economics, Academy of Finance, Foreign Trade universities are preferred.
- Computer-literate, especially computerized accounting system and office software .
- No experience can be accepted
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good at English.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good communication skills: Group discussion, work well with a team environment.
- Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard working.
