Post transactions AP (buying raw material)
Reconcile AP and sub-ledger
Prepare commercial invoices and bill to SM
Maintain monthly detail shipment report
Combine with general accountant in working local audit for year-end audit
Do inter-company confirmation
Combine with general accountant in preparing the monthy and yearly report
Prepare cash flow, vendor form
Prepare commercial Invoice and send to internal customs dept
Support scanning TT payment documents
Printing GL from Fourth Shift
Filing: save the documents of customs declaration (Import & Export)
Monitor Fixed Assets
Do ARCR - Clear AR
Reconcile Shipment details and Comercial invoice and trial balance for the revenue (monthly)
Ad-hoc matter is required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- 1-2 years of working experience for Accountant position;
- 4th Shift experience preferred and advanced Excel
- Good Verbal and written communication skills in English; Can speak Mandarin is a plus.
- Report to Vietnam FC
- Work location: My Phuoc 3 IP, Ben Cat, Binh Duong
- Salary: negotiation but attractive
- Car pick up from HCMC to factory
- 1-2 years of working experience for Accountant position;
- 4th Shift experience preferred and advanced Excel
