Mô tả công việc
(1) Data entry of purchases (US$, Euro, Yen, Vietnamese Dong, Mexican Pesos)
(2) Apply payments to suppliers in the accounting system (US$, Yen)
(3) bank reconciliations (in US$ only)
(4) Issue invoices (Vietnam Dong)
(4) Software system used: Sage 50 Quantum (Server-based/ all in English) - any candidate will be trained in the system prior to starting work!

Yêu cầu ứng viên
(1) Knowledge of English accounting terms
(2) Ability of read English-language invoices for data entry into the system
(3) Ability to understand basic English instructions (for accounting purposes only)
(4) Data entry of purchases (ability to select vendor, product ID, A/P account
(5) Ability to do bank reconciliations
(6) Create expensify.com reports for travel expenses
(7) NOT REQUIRED: no payroll accounting abilities required + no tax accounting abilities are required
