1. Ensure accurate bookings with correct application based on Inter IKEA Common Chart of account
2. Constant follow up on the status of accrual, provision and prepayment.
3. The timely and accurate monthly/periodic accounting book closing and process.
4. Responsible for the accurate and timely payments to vendors, co-workers, salary and taxes
(corporate tax, PIT, VAT, withholding tax) and petty cash management.
5. Responsible for cash & bank reconciliation on a regular basis, securing needed cash–flow is sufficient to cover needs.
6. Place as a gate check to ensure adequate internal controls and all local policies are in place
7. Prepare the periodic tax declaration, report & statutory filing to ensure compliance to local regulations
8. Assist in preparation of Internal Accounting Reporting
9. Be responsible for any tax issues (CIT, VAT, withholding tax) including verification, reconciliation and negotiation with local tax authority. Follow up on any over payment or refunds tax.
10. Contact with external professional Firm regarding esquires of tax law and regulation on taxation and other related issues
11. Update all tax and regulatory, ensuring the organization is kept up to date with any changes.
12. Assist on statutory audit and follow-up on audit findings and recommendations.
13. Any other accounts-related duties as required by department.
14. Responsible for the office fixed asset management; all fixed assets are correctly tagged, maintain fixed assets records, and yearly physical checks.
15. To promote & be a good example of the IKEA Culture & Values.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance
- At least 4 years experience to related Accounting position.
- 2 years experience to prepare the periodic tax declaration, report & statutory filing (CIT,VAT,WHT) including verification, reconciliation and negotiation with local tax authority
- Experience in statutory audit and tax audit is priority.
- Experience in accountancy in an international corporate environment.
Qualifications
• Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks on an operational level with great attention to details
• Ability to ensure conformity with routines, compliance and legal requirements
• Ability to work in a structured and organized way
• Capability to communicate in a clear way within the organization
• Capability to understand and support needs of internal stakeholders
• Capability to handle sensitive information with high integrity Constantly look for ways to improve and simplify ways of working
• Able to work independently
- At least 4 years experience to related Accounting position.
