Accountant

*** OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES: Be in charge of daily maintain accounting system and database.

*** KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process and monitor payables, receivables, inventory and related transactions to ensure accurate record in the accounting system and in compliance with local tax, procedures, contractual requirements.
- Monthly update bank and cash report.
- Monthly update and reconcile inventories.
- Prepare depreciation for fixed assets, the allocation for repaid expenses.
- Responsible for monthly and quarterly Tax declaration such as VAT, WHT, PIT, and CIT.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Assist with internal and external audits, tax team to ensure compliance of existing and new acquisitions.
- Assist the Chief Accountant in other aspects of finance and accounting operations.

- Age: 30 – 45 years old.
- Intermediate English communicate.
- At least 2 - 3 years of international accounting experience and/or audit experience.
- Prefer previous work experience in manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree, with a concentration in Accounting, Finance required.
- Working for a trading company is preferable.
- Superior organizational and communication skills.
