Accountant:
- Follow up AR & AP activities with customers and suppliers/vendors and
update in the ERP system in regular basis
- Support in issuance of invoice
- Support to prepare month-end or quarter-end accounting closing on time
- Provide financial supports to the sales team and collection
Admin
- Responsible for office administration.
- Coordinate with different functions to provide office admin support to improve
employees’ working quality and productivity
- Support Finance manager on relationship management with the local authorities
regulations and legal compliance
- Provide HR support in hiring, exit arrangement processes, logistic for new employee such as
stationaries, new employee onboarding, liaise with IT for laptop, email, and attend to the visitor
- Support employee compensation & benefits and payroll process
- Responsible for documentation and archiving

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Min. 2 years’ experience in accounting or/and office administration
• Knowledge in basic accounting
• Good written and communication skill in English
Educational Level
• Degree in Accounting or Business Administration is a plus
Behavioral
• Ability to think ‘out of the box’ and creative
• Hard working and effective
• High energy and team player
• Result oriented, self-motivated and have the ability to work well under pressure
• Multitasking and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge in basic accounting
• Good written and communication skill in English
