Accountant

1. Local Sales/ Local AR Accountant
-Issue output VAT invoice & send to customers together with the 3rd parties invoices.
-Record Output VAT Invoices & 3rd parties Invoices in Accounting Software; check & slip in Elvis sys.
-Contact customers, reconcile with their SOA, push them for settlement on time;
-Prepare weekly AR report;
2. Local Cost/ AP Accountant
- Receive input Invoices: Check the accuracy of invoices from suppliers; record them in Accounting Software; check & slip in Elvis sys.
- Contact suppliers, reconcile with their SOA, making plan for settlement on time;
- Prepare weekly AP report;
3. Bank Accountant/VAT report
- Make VAT report
- Record Bank Statement in Accounting Software & Elvis sys;
+ Other tasks of accounting team as assigned by Chief Accountant/ Manager.

*Job Requirement
- University/Colleague Degree on Accounting;
- Good knowledge of Forwarding/ Logistic;
- Good communication with customer, bank;
- Good communication in Vietnamese and English;
- Having at least 2 years of experience in Accounting (priority in Forwarding/ Logistic);
- Having experience in AR/AP (receivable, payable), cash, bank;
- Fluent in MS office (word, excel), accounting software (FAST & Elvis software is preferred);
- Having great mind of team work;
- Dynamic, self - motivated and hard working;
- Good health and work under high pressure.
