Mô tả công việc

- Receive and check the payment document
- In-charge of the accounts payable, prepare payment plan for approval
- Produce AP aging report, reconcile with vendor
- Create and post a journal voucher into ERP software
- File the accounting documents properly
- Monitor staff & supplier advances, advance clearance
- Following/ reconciling the account receivable with clients
- Preparing VAT report
- Recording all transactions to system
- Preparing some reports to Chief accountant
- Other tasks assigned by Chief accountant
- It will be concretely discussed through the interview

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Appropriately 2-5 years working experience
- Understand Vietnam Accounting Standard
- Computer skills (Excel/Word/ ERP software)
- Careful and patient
- Communication skill (Vietnamese & English)
- Teamwork and spirit of commitment
