* Job Descriptions:
• Check and confirm AR & AP transactions
• Input data into the accounting software system
• Monitor, review and ensure billings to customer are performed timely and accurately
• Process payment to suppliers, petty cash and staff claims on a timely basis
• Monitor accounts receivables aging and following up on long overdue accounts
• Data analysis to declare PIT, CIT, FCT
• Prepare all periodic reports related to taxation (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT and all other taxes etc.)
• Liaise and deal with tax authorities, bankers
• Assure accounting activities and transactions recorded and reported in compliance with the tax law and accounting law
• Recording, monitor and depreciation of fixed assets and long-term prepaid
• Making general ledger and printing the GL, detail book follow accounting law
• Update for changes in tax regulations and Vietnamese accounting system
• Other assigned ad-hoc duties when required

• University degree in Accounting major
• At least two years working experience in the same position in foreign company
• Pleasant personality, responsible, keen to learn and details oriented
• Proficient in computer skill and accounting software skill
• Proficient in written and spoken English
