Accountant

This position is required to mainly handle below tasks;
1. Accounting work
Verify AP billings, process payments for vendors, process reimbursements for staff.
Issue sales invoices, record and follow up receivable collections.
Create accounting entries and record entries into accounting systems.
File accounting documents and contracts.
Other works as assigned by Senior Accountant.

2. Translation
Translate the documents from Vietnamese to English or English to Vietnamese (If need)

3. Administration work
Record the attendance sheet and overtime.
Receive/dispatch courier, inter-office mail /express delivery
In charge of booking (air ticket, car, hotel …), office supply preparation (stationery, telephone, water, cleaning …)
In charge in filing documents for project.
Other clerical and admin support as required by Senior Admin Manager

4. Report
Report to Senior Admin Manager and Senior Accountant

Nationality: Vietnamese
Education: College degree or higher in Accounting or Business Administration / related degree.
Age: 21 – 26 years old
Sex: Female
IT Skills: Ms. Office (To prepare the report)
Experience: Not required, preferably over 1 year experience.
English: Good communication
Probation: 2 months (85% of salary to be paid during probation)
Starting: As soon as possible
Salary: Negotiation
