Accountant

Our new travel agency is looking for an accountant ! We are a young and multicultural agency, helping Europeans travelers to discover Vietnam out of the beaten track. We work with a lot of different partners : hotels, drivers, guides, airlines, etc. and we now need an accountant to help us run the daily tasks related to payments, bookkeeping and finance management.

We will need you to perform the following tasks :
- Tax declaration and related administrative procedures
- Collection and classification of vouchers
- Preliminary accounting data input
- Performing general accounting
- Consulting on revenue and costs
- Financial statements
- Making payment vouchers via bank
- Issuing invoices
- Consultancy for making labor contracts for staffs and employees
- Making reports at the request of management
- Explaining internal accounting data to the Director of the Company, financial statements to the tax authorities

This list is not exhaustive. As the company is growing, the position requires to be multitask. Your help might also be required for some administrative assistance.

Ideally, we would like someone with a first experience in the tourism industry.
A good level of spoken and written English is compulsory.

We'd need our accountant to start in February, after Tet holidays.
