Accountant

PENTA-RINKAI JOINT VENTURE is a consortium of the two leading Japanese companies in the construction industry, namely PENTA-OCEAN CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD and RINKAI CONSTRUCTION CO., LTD for development of Lach Huyen Port Infrastructure Construction Project in Hai Phong province.
Along with our demand, we are now looking for enthusiastic and good qualified candidate for the position of Accountant

Job description
- Collect evidence and making daily Voucher.
- Control monthly expenses.
- Input data to accounting software.
- Prepare and combine internal reports.
- Prepare monthly tax report (VAT, CIT, PIT).
- Handle VAS according to current accounting Law.
- Deal with Tax Dept., Bankers, etc.
- Carry out other duties as required.
- Other admin jobs: Manage/ monitor such administrative services as company car, expat accommodation, office supplies, arrangement of visa, work permit, air-ticket…etc.

Experience: Having at least 2 years of experience for foreign company at similar position
Job level: Staff
Degree: Bachelor (Accounting major)
Age: Below 30
Others:
- Good command of English and communication
- Having experience working for foreign construction company is preferred.
- Be able to work under high pressure and result-oriented person
- Good time management, and high sense of accuracy
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Working time: Full time: 8.5 hours per day (Mon-Fri & full 1st Sat and 5th Sat Morning of month (if any))
Overtime as requested
Contract period: 6 months (Have opportunities to continue work for other projects)
Working place: Hai Phong and be able to go to other project office for supporting
Salary: Negotiable
