Accountant

Support and execute all the accountant tasks to meet business objectives.

Main duties
Under the direction of the Branch Director:
• Building and organizing the accounting work of the Company including from developing the applicable accounting form, organizing the accounting apparatus and the whole process of performing accounting work.
• Review and evaluate monthly performance of each employee to consider monthly and year-end bonus
• Monitoring the fluctuations of capital types in cash, payables, and receivables. Since then, it has the function of coordinating payment and daily capital balance to ensure a balanced financial source for input materials and input costs, meeting production needs.
• Review, verify, sign and approve cash receipts and payments.
• Checking accounting documents, accounting records that have been prepared, signing reports and being responsible for reporting directly to the Branch Director.
• Organizing the management and checking of tax declaration documents, monthly financial statements, tax finalization records, annual financial statements
• Responsible for the transparency and accuracy of accounting data
• Prepare financial statements, report business results to the board of directors
• Track liabilities, pay suppliers via banks, make payment plans when they are due.
• Implementation of procedures for bank services, exchange rates, account balances, payments.
• Representatives dealing with banks, tax authorities and Auditing Companies
• Fulfilling other tasks assigned by the Branch Directors.

• Graduated from University, major in Accountant.
• 1-2 years experience in related position
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Strategic thinking.
• Analytical thinking.
• Organizing and time-managing skills.
