Accountant

Address : 16A Floor, Vinaconex 9, Pham Hung Str, Me Tri ward, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi
- Check Debit Notes, HBL/MBL and input invoices
- Making payment for all domestic supliers via IBK (for shipping lines, logistics companies, trucking companies)
- Input data to Acc Software (Red invoice, statement of IBK…)
- Making AP domestic Report, COGS report
- Preparing reconciliation minutes with suppliers
- Collect soft copy of input invoices of all suppliers from shipping lines, logistics companies, trucking companies
- Preparing VAT report before sending to manager
- Sending Daily cash Report

- University Degree on Accounting.
- Have knowledge and experience about Accounting
- Good knowledge of Forwarding/ Logistic;
- Good command of computer
- Having at least 1- 2 years of experience in Accounting or having 01 year working experience in Forwarding/ Logistic;
- Have ability of English
- Communication skill
- Planning skill
- Honest, carefully and willing to learn new things.
- Salary: 6.5 Mi- 8.5 Mil
