Reporting to: Chief Accountant
Job Description
- Check payment documents to ensure of the compliance with the law and company regulations
- Make Bank transactions, make payment voucher, make receiving voucher
- Daily input data & handle accounting record in accounting system - FAST software.
- Manage company assets
- Ensure the payment transactions are processed timely, completely and accurately.
- Issue red invoice
- Following AR, AP, supporting remind collection of overdue payment.
- Checking shipment document, expenses import goods and input data to system
- Other tasks are assigned by the Chief Accountant

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting
- Computer-literate, especially computerized accounting system and office software
- At least 1-2 year-working experience in related field
** Other skills
- Good communication and written in English
- Able to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Teamwork
