Mô tả công việc
- In charge of account receivable local & oversea customers
+ Make sure the debts are followed up and settled by the payment term
+ Co-ordinate with Sales staff to chase the outstanding debts; AR reports for sales to be sent out weekly
+ Co-ordinate with branches accounting staff for debts chasing
- Creating SUN supplier/customer code
- Daily recording branches transactions into SUN
- Prepare "payment national budget" form following details of customs declaration form to submit to the bank
- Following up cash advance settlement (shared list)
- To be in Credit Management & internal audit team
- Other jobs assigned by superior

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Intermediate level of Finance and Accounting.
- Good at English communication
- Knowledge of Sun System, Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Should possess enough skills in accounting and bookkeeping
- Should have a great command over the mathematics language
- Should possess good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers.
- Basic knowledge in Credit Management
- The ability to work with teams
- Obey company regulations, HSE rules, drug & alcohol policies and ethics & compliance policies
- Other obligations and rights as mentioned in VNM labor code
- Good at English communication
