Accountant

• Responsible for the full spectrum of financial and accounting functions and ensure proper records of accounting transactions to meet the reporting timelines.
• Establish and maintain adequate internal control and procedures for financial reporting and to meet relevant regulatory requirements
• Perform analytical review of monthly financials and programs profitability
• Be responsible for all payroll related matters in an accurate and timely manner
• Cash management and reporting
• Be involved in the annual budgeting process
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, lawyers and corporate secretary
• Responsible for gathering of information requested by management or external auditors or tax officers or any other regulatory authorities
• Manages and handles all Audit and Tax matters in Vietnam
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

* Skills Required
• Fast learner
• High competence in Excel (including creating graphs and tables)
• Be highly numerate and display meticulous attention to detail
• Has a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and work independently in a team
• Good command of English, both spoken and written preferred
* Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of Financial Accounting experiences
