Accountant

**Working place
1 Payable accountant, 1 Receivable accountant
Thạch That – Quoc Oai IZ, Km18 Thang Long boulevard, Quoc Oai town, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi city.
Candidates live near Thach That, Quoc Oai, Hoai Duc district will be given priority.

1. Payable accountant:
- Follow petty cash daily
- Make cash voucher, bank voucher in fast accounting software
- Check Red invoice information
- Input supplier invoice
- Make VAT declaration on 15 every month
- Make WHT declaration on 5 every month
- Check all payment requests, invoices from supplier. Chase red invoice from supplier for Financial Statement
- Liaise with auditors and other authorities as being required.
- Perform any other duties that are assigned from time to time.

2. Receivable accountant:
- Issue red invoice to customer (In Fast accounting software)
- Update customer payment status
- In charge of customer's debt collection
- Perform any other duties that are assigned from time to time.

** Requirement
- Degree: University or college graduate.
- Experience: At least 1 year in the accounting position.
- Gender: Female
- Language: Good at listening, speaking, reading and writing English.
