Accountant

Internal Controls and Compliance:
- Issue invoice for Agent / Inter-co
- Follow up and file original invoices in order
- Prepare full documents for oversea payment
- Record bank account and allocate on same day of payment
- Ensures alignment between Operating Guidelines and Accounting procedures
- Ensure all records are correct and timely as requirements of the Vietnam Tax Department and M&R Group requirements.

Auditing and Tax Filling:
- Working and providing document to audit in CIT review quarterly & annually
- Work closely with the bank: VCB, SCB for reconcile monthly, quarterly, annually -
- Assist Finance Manager to complete external Auditing and Company internal Auditing.

Adhoc Activities :
- Performs any assignment/ project as may be assigned by Finance Manager

Financial Accounting and Reporting :
- Ensures Company accounting activities & processes are performed in accordance with Company Operating Guidelines, Accounting standard and requirements.
- Liaise with Operation team to ensure accuracy and integrity of transactional data processing and ensure smooth monthly closing of Entity accounting books.
- Closely work with AR Accountant for Oversea AR payment

Education: Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.
Work Experience: Have experience in Accountant specially experience in Logistic/ Forwarder company is a plus.
Specific Knowledge: Basic knowledge in Accounting policies and procedures.

Languages & Computer Skills:
- Fluency in written English.
- Adequate MS Office literacy.
- Experience with Accounting system (such as SUN, FAST) is advantage.

FUNCTIONAL AND SOFT SKILLS
1. Proficiency in basic fundamentals of Financial Accounting.
2. Microsoft office skills (especially in Excel) is advantage.
