Cadena is looking for an Accountant to manage the daily accounting jobs and support the Chief Accountant with the assigned works.
Day-to-day you will:
* Cash management:
• Checking and review on the cash reimbursement of employee expenses per company policy.
• Checking and review all payment requests, invoices before getting approval & signatures.
• Be responsible for daily company’s petty cash transactions as cashier and prepare cash voucher.
* Account Receivables and Payable:
• To issue the invoice comply with the tax laws and internal procedures.
• Monitor accounts receivable to identify outstanding debts and debt collection.
• Check all payment requests, invoices from supplier and prepare bank transfer in compliance with the tax laws and internal regulations.
• Assist Chief Accountant to follow up AR & AP, reconcile with clients and vendors.
* Assistant for CA:
• To prepare and allocated the prepaid expense according to accounting law every month
• To prepare, follow and manage for fixed asset monthly
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearend financial statements and tax report.
• Payroll by software
• Other tasks as assigned by chief accountant.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated from university, major in Accounting & Finance.
• Experienced from 1-2 years in the accounting position.
• Hardworking, honest, careful, enthusiastic, responsible, willing to learn
• Well -organized, time management skill
• Ability of working teamwork.
• Can communicate and report in English.
• Prefer candidates who are available.
