- VAT inv issue (GE/ PVN/ Lixil/ Samsung/ ABB exp)
- VAT report experience
- Cash receipt
- Daily Admin (courier/ reception stationery/attendance)
- Debtors & Creditors outstanding
- AR CLEARING
- Filling AP payment in HAN
- AP posting (office charge)
ADMIN:
- Supporting Un-frequently Admin (IT devices, Event, etc)
- Order stationery
- Manage courier
- Collect docs from customers/ vendors
- Order flower for counter weekly
- Supervise tea lady, office cleaning, office management
- Order flower for staffs birthday
- Update contact list
- Update Annual Leave
- Support for Company events, activities
- Other ad hocs
