EMPLOYEE IN TRAINING (EIT) PROGRAM is designed to provide a learning platform for fresh graduates/trainees to be introduced to the various aspects of job requirements through On-The-Job Training Program and Soft-Skill Training Program applied for all functions.
PROGRAM DURATION: 1 year
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible for maintaining and analyzing the company’s cost accounting system.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements including balance sheets, profit, loss and subsidiary statements.
• Review and analyze general ledger account balances. Verify accuracy and make recommendations for correction.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation and balance sheets.
• Analyze financial transactions including costing issues, PPV analysis.
• Prepare forecast, work cell statements and margin analysis.
• Responsible for maintaining and analyzing Jabil's cost accounting system.
• Collect data and prepare reports on inventories, cost of goods sold and product cost variances.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Fresh graduates or less than 1 year experienced candidates with Bachelor Degree.
- Required Majors: Accounting/ Audit.
- Prefer candidates have strong interest and objective in Manufacturing Environment.
- English communication is advanced
- Detailed-oriented, logical thinking, teamwork
