Accountant (Fresh Graduates)

Credit Collection:
● Serve as general support for the credit-management department.
● Compute, classify and record numerical data to keep financial records complete.
● Contact collections agencies for uncollected checks and invoices.
● Update customer account information.
● Receive credit applications.
● Daily updating transaction lines.
● Daily checking and sending Commercial invoices/payment documents to overseas customers.
● Running credit holds report and support Collector.
● Management reporting specific to C&C Manager
● Audit support for Credit and Collections

Fixed Asset:
● Month-end closing tasks including, but not limited to, recording of acquisitions, disposals,
depreciation/amortization, and cost adjustments in the fixed asset module by following a
system of procedure, forms, and controls.
● Close out the accounts at the completion of the projects by moving from Construction in
Progress in a timely manner.
● Develop and recommend process improvements, updates to accounting policies affecting
fixed assets to manage.
● Consistently apply accounting policies and report financial information.
● Conduct periodic impairment reviews and investigate for potential obsolescence of fixed
assets, recommend fixed assets that should be disposed of to management.
● Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts with fixed asset subsidiary ledgers.
● Physical count once a year for each asset or on request. Make sure fixed assets are affixed
tags properly.

- Graduated University in Accounting or related field
- 0-3 years experience in Accounting
- Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and function specific software.
- Intermediate level in English
- Good typing and data entry skills.
- Careful and detaill oriented.
