Accountant for Banking

A. Purpose

Takes responsibility for the accuracy and timeliness of all accounting and tax routine works in compliance with related regulations.

B. Responsibility

Under the direction of Accounting Team Leader, Accountant will perform a wide variety of accounting activities such as:
1. Review double payment before processing the bank remittance.
2. Review payment proposal prepared by Assistant to Accountant.
3. Prepare the cash payment plan, Account movement to make sure that the payment will be proceeded on due.
4. Review list of payment and send list to team leader.
5. Review and post bank reconciliation weekly.
6. Review document control, daily cash balance, list of payment and send daily report to CAO.
7. Control cash & safety box.
8. Prepare the cash count & bank reconciliation at the end of month.
9. Control the documentation related to bank registration, work with bank about payment/administration tasks.
10. Follow up approval of management & i-banking.
11. Filling payment document.
12. Assist leader in development of i-banking system.

As required time to time
1. Update Account Agreement, CTA, accounting and tax regulations
2. Other related accounting tasks as required by Accounting Team Leader, Chief Accounting Officer

1. Educational Level : University Graduated

2. Work Experience : 2-5 years’ working experience in banking, Accounting & tax

3. Specialty/Qualification :
Experienced with accounting and tax fields as follows:
- Accounting and tax controlling
- Vietnamese Accounting Standard (VAS) and International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS)
- Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT), Personal Income Tax (PIT) and Value Added Tax (VAT)

4. Skills :
- English language skills
Have excellent verbal and written communication skill, report writing and presentation skills
- Software skills
Have knowledge of Microsoft Office products (including Word, Excel, and Power Point, Outlook), and Internet
- Tax knowledge
Have in-depth and practical knowledge related to accounting and tax regulation in compliance.

- Team activities
- Support transportation
