Mô tả công việc
Account payable
• Check claim and payment request/ Kiểm tra phiếu đề nghị thanh toán
• Prepare payment transaction in ANZ, ACB/ Thực hiện lệnh thanh toán qua NH ANZ, ACB
• Clearing account payable after receive Debit Advice/ Hạch toán giảm nợ phải trả sau khi trả tiền
• Follow up advance/down payment and do clearing / Theo dõi các khoản tạm ứng, trả trước và tất toán kịp thời
• Pay salary to seasonal workers/ Phát lương cho công nhân thời vụ
Asset management
• Make label and tag it to machines / Làm nhãn và dán nhãn cho máy móc
• Perform asset counting quarterly / Kiểm kê tài sản hàng quý
Other
• Reconcile & prepare VAT report (input) / Đối chiếu và lập danh sách VAT đầu vào
• Support on Internal, External Audit, Tax Audit, and stock taking / Hỗ trợ kiểm toán nội bộ, kiểm toán BCTC, kiểm kê
• Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager / Các công việc khác theo chỉ định của GĐ Tài Chính

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Graduated from University/College, major in Accounting
• 1-2 years working experience. Also welcome qualify fresh graduated employee
• Can communication in English
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially for Excel
