Mô tả công việc
- Prepare payment orders by internet banking
- Keep update bank book daily in SAP
- Input all AR/AP Invoice in SAP systems timely and accurately to avoid time pressure at closing accounting book
- Clear daily A/P and A/R
- Follow up and prepare customer aging report weekly for local customer
- Prepare statement of account (SOA) and send to customer monthly.
- Send email and make a phone call to customer to remind them about receivable.
- Other tasks assigned by FM

+ Cross-department communication with colleagues.
+ Be friendly, honest, optimistic and can work under the high pressure, good at teamwork
+ Fluent English and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel...)
+ Can use SAP is priory
