Mô tả công việc
# General:
• Check and update the payment from customers
• Monitor account receivable collection and remind customers and sales about overdue invoices and short-collection items
• Manage, record, refund container deposit and temporary deposit. Excess payment
• Prepare and send outstanding report for credit customers weekly
• Reconcile bank, revenue, VAT output and receivable & payable accounts monthly
• Prepare monthly report: AR, revenue, expenses, commission, doc fee
• Receive and verify all invoices, supporting documents and process payment
• Prepare payment plan and cash flow weekly
• Manage equipment and fixed assets: control fixed assets list, calculate its depreciation and allocation
• Record prepaid expense, follow detail items, run allocation every month
• Follow up and control advances of employees
# Tax accountant (kế toán thuế):
• Preparing TAX statements, financial statements as required intervals.
• Advise management on tax compliance and liaise with tax agents on the company’s tax matters and tax audit as well.
• Creating and returning statements and documents to customers by set deadlines.
# Cost Accountant (kế toán giá thành):
• Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documentation, and records. Ensure all costs are identified and recorded accurately.
• Make cost estimation for new products.
• Conduct costs and P&L analysis. Provide management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products.
• Maintain and improve processes and controls with manufacturing costs and inventory evaluation.
Working location : Hiep Phuoc industry zone, Nha Be district, HCMC

Skills Required
• Fast learner
• High competence in Excel (including creating graphs and tables)
• Be highly numerate and display meticulous attention to details
• Has a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and work independently in a team
• Good command of English, both spoken and written preferred
* Requirements
• Prefer male aged 25 – 35
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 year experience of Financial Accounting. Tax & cost experience are preferred.
• Fast learner
• High competence in Excel (including creating graphs and tables)
• Be highly numerate and display meticulous attention to details
