Accountant Deputy General Manager

• Manage HCM Branch Accounting Section organization: HR, PA, training, assignments, rolls & responsibilities of subordinates in order to reach goal-oriented and professional FAD from EO.
• Be responsible for implementing and maintaining Accounting policies and procedures of the Company in accordance with VAS and the Company’s accounting regulations.
• Administrate, manage and be responsible for accounting and taxes (VAT, CIT, FCWT…) governance of the HCM Branch to ensure all accounting and tax activities, transactions are in full compliance with Company policy and Local taxes regulations.
• Collaborate and coordinate activities of HCM Branch Accounting Section with other related departments, sections of the Branches in order to meet Company’s goals and targets.
• Maintain and promote external relations with local tax authority in order to achieve Branch’s compliance for taxes, accounting, banking… in accordance with Company policy and local regulations
• Manage and follow up inter-Company and inter-Branch accounting process and transactions in South region following company accounting rules and instructions of EO.
• Prepare and submit on time for HCM Branch monthly/quarterly/yearly internal accounting reports, analyses to report to EO.
• Administrate, reconcile, harmonize and submit HCM Branch materials of YLK Group Package Reports following IFRS and submit to EO
• Create, maintain and promote external relations with local authorities in order to achieve Company’s compliance for taxes in accordance with local regulations

Education:
• University in Finance and Accounting/ University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City
• Chief Accountant Certificate holder certified by MOF
Experiences:
• At least 7 years experienced in Finance and Accounting of MNC or big organization.
• At least 5 years experienced in similar management position: Accounting manager.
Soft skills:
• Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills
• Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills.
• Strong experience with a variety of tax operations and ability to drive process improvements.
• Ability to work independently, under very high pressure and in a wide team, ready to travel frequently
• Knowledge of Japanese company/ Vietnamese culture, history and government procedures.
