Job Summary:
Assist HR Manager in all aspect of human resource management and administrative functions which includes oversee the payroll processing and related activities, manpower planning and recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary duties: (Approximately 70 to 80% of daily work schedule)
Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource Functions including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employee welfare, industrial relations, performance management and training & development.
To oversea and ensure effective and efficient implementation of human resources management and development so as to attract, motivate and retain the right people required to achieve the organization’s objectives.
Understand the Division Heads’ needs and provide appropriate human resources advice/support pro actively and when necessary.
Ensure Company’s legal compliance with local government laws and regulations for all HR policies and processes.
Monitor employees' welfares and remuneration packages.
To prepare and process monthly payroll and related activities.
Handling external audit (social audit).
Hostel and canteen administration.
Organize and coordinate company activity.
Organize the duties of his/ her subordinates.
Secondary duties: (Approximately 20 to 30% of daily work schedule) Liaise with local authorities (e.g. Labour Departs, Social Insurance, Industrial Zone, Police Depts).
Verify monthly HR report (e.g. Leave report, Overtime Report, Manpower Turnover Analysis).
Apply, complete and submit any supporting documentation required for any working visa, permits and licenses for employees or company visitors.
Handle site disciplinary cases and industrial relation matters.
Continue improving HR policies, processes and practices
Perform other related duties as required.
Authorities:
Approve his/ her subordinates’ leave.
Authorized to issue medical chit.
Authorized to issue gate pass.
Authorized to issue Delivery Order.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Conversant with Vietnam labor laws and related legislation.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to act highly independently in a fast-paced, dynamic and team Self-motivated, result-oriented, resourceful, efficient and trustworthy with high confidential traits.
Computer literate especially in MS Window application.
Fluent in speaking, writing and reading in English.
Desirable Qualifications:
Preferably Diploma or Bachelor Degree in HR management/ Business Admin or equivalent.
2-3 years or above relevant practical experience.
Conversant with Vietnam labor laws and related legislation.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to act highly independently in a fast-paced, dynamic and team Self-motivated, result-oriented, resourceful, efficient and trustworthy with high confidential traits.
Computer literate especially in MS Window application.
Fluent in speaking, writing and reading in English.
