• Issue Invoices and SOA to customers
• Follow up & chasing account receivables outstanding
• Credit term control
• Verify vendors’ invoices
• Daily system input in Accounting system
• Cashier job (Collection & Bank in)
• Maintain proper filing of relevant documents for internal / external audit.
• Other jobs assigned within Finance – Admin Dpt. by Manager

** Requirements
• University , major in Finance , Accounting or Economics
• Working experience in forwarding companies, shipping lines is priority.
• Good command of English for daily communication and report
• Good computer skill
• Good communication & negotiation skill
• Highly organized, dynamic, honesty, carefully & hard working.
