Prepare daily cash report and other reports assigned by superior.
In charge of payments, ensure all payments is conducted on time
In charge of invoicing, invoice management, reconcile receivable balance among management software
In charge of purchasing, reconcile payable balance vs vendor’s statement & G/L, ensure payables is conducted on time
Support the work schedule for leaders (taxi, restaurants, hotels, air ticket...)
In charge of Work Permit, Temporary Resident Cards registration
Organize archives of all official letters, contracts, document in a scientific way.
Secondary Assignments
Others assigned by superior

Have University Degree in Accounting, Finance
Fluent written and spoken English
Computer skills such as Word and Excel, Knowledge in MISA software
Place of work: Long Hau Industrial Park, Long An
Working time: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:30)
There is a shuttle to and from downtown Ho Chi Minh City
Salary for position: 600 - 800 USD
At least 2 years of experience
Fluent written and spoken English
Computer skills such as Word and Excel, Knowledge in MISA software
Place of work: Long Hau Industrial Park, Long An
Working time: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:30)
