Role:
- Be responsible for credit control compliance and process compliance as per policy for orders TT.
- Be responsible for order return - B&C, FG/donation/drinkage/TOT for TT/OT at location to ensure smooth ordering process and invoice management at location.
Accountabilities
1. Smooth ordering process driving and automation application in order processing
- Be key contact at location for process S2C compliance and delivering ordering process.
- Support simplification/automation solution for ordering process.
2. Transaction Processing
- Review and book daily SO for TT from COS to ensure 100% order from COS to Oracle
- Book daily SO FG off invoice (PSP/MFAR) from COS for TT.
- Review, upload and book daily SO return for B&C/pallets/CO2 from TT/OT by manual template upload.
- Reconcile data bwt Oracle SO receipt and 3PL actual receipt and make amendment if any.
- Review, upload and book FG return orders/reissue invoice if any (advance/wrong invoicing).
- Review, upload and book TOT return orders (advance/event).
- Review, upload and book daily SO for TOT for TT by manual template upload.
- Review, upload and book daily SO for Donation for TT.
- Review, upload and book daily SO for Drinkage for TT.
- Daily clean and tracking all SO return pending in system.
- VAT filing and retention.
3. Financial Reporting
- Prepare VAT invoice using report, VAT stock
4. Compliance
- Perform self-testing for S2C related scopes.
- Be responsible for credit control compliance and process compliance as per policy for orders TT.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University/college graduate.
- Strong technical understanding and knowledge including accounting standard, tax, legislation, company policy and procedures.
- Good Excel and other Microsoft Office Skill (e.g Pivot Table, charts, Dashboard, PowerPoint)
- Good communication, problem solving & influencing skill
- Ability to work under time pressure, work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to learn and improve effectiveness in daily operation
- High integrity and acting with due diligence
