Accountant (Công Ty Nhật Bản, Lương Cạnh Tranh, Thưởng Cao).

Job purpose:
- This position is in charge cost of goods sold, revenue, tax, management fee transactions

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for cost of goods sold transactions in accounting system as well as excel. In order to control accuracy of cost of good sold basing on specified method.
Chịu trách nhiệm về các bút toán tính giá thành sản phẩm trên phần mềm hệ thống kế toán công ty đồng thời bảng tính excel để kiểm soát giá thành sản phẩm chính xác theo phương pháp hạch toán kế toán.

2. Responsible for revenue transactions in accounting system as well as excel. In order to control invoices issued to customers on time as statutory requirement. Check the necessary information such as value, quantity, content ... to ensure revenue recorded accurately according to the invoice content.
Chịu trách nhiệm về các bút toán ghi nhận doanh thu trên hệ thống kế toán công ty đồng thời bảng tính excel, để kiểm soát hóa đơn xuất cho khách hàng đúng thời điểm luật định. Kiểm tra các thông tin cần thiết như: giá trị, số lượng, nội dung … để đảm bảo doanh thu ghi nhận chính xác theo nội dung hóa đơn.

3. Responsible for monthly, quarterly tax reports (VAT, PIT, WHT …) in order to meet statutory requirement of the Tax department.
Chịu trách nhiệm về các báo cáo thuế hàng tháng, hàng quý (thuế thu nhập cá nhân, thuế giá trị gia tăng, thuế nhà thầu …) để đáp ứng yêu cầu báo cáo của cơ quan thuế.

4. Responsible for other internal accounting & financial issues which requested by the Chief accountant to complete all accounting & financial requirement in time.
Chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện các giao dịch kế toán nội bộ & kiểm soát tài chính được yêu cầu bởi Kế toán trưởng công ty. to hoàn thành kịp thời các yêu cầu của phòng kế toán tài chính đề ra.

5. Report to line manager. Accomplish all assignments by manager/ company.
Báo cáo công việc lên cấp trên. Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp quản lý và công ty.
