Accountant Assisstant

As a meticulous and detail oriented person, you will be assisting the day-to-day operations of the Finance Department to make sure everything is up-to-date. Diligence is not just a habit but part of your nature. You are not satisfied until you can ensure that the numbers are correct and accurate.
• Assist day-to-day operations of the Finance department: accounting system data entry (bills, invoices), daily booking, report generation, daily controls (payment aging, cash flow, errors)
• Assist preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
• Processing payroll and business expenses
• Reconcile bank statements by comparing transactions to the general ledger.
• Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements
• Handling accruals and prepayments

● Bachelor in Finance, accounting or similar field
● 1+ years of work experience in accounting and/or administration
● Experience using accounting systems Misa or Xero
● Great written and verbal skills in both English and Vietnamese
● Love beer & technology and dare to do things differently!
